External Waterproofing

●      Protect the area with tarps.

●      Excavate soil down to the footing, clean the walls, chisel out and fill all foundation
wall cracks with hydraulic cement.

●      Apply foundation coating, install 4 MIL Polyplastic, drainage membrane, and weeping
tile. Cover with 3/4″ clear gravel. Install molding strips on top of the membrane approx. 2 inches above ground level.

●      Backfill and compact.

●      Cleanup and dispose of garbage.

Internal Waterproofing

●      Protect the area with drop sheets.

●      Remove drywall and frames if applies, including flooring (if applies).

●      Break the floor along the wall and excavate trenches.

●      Install new 4” weeping tile with filter cloth, connect it to the floor drain, and cover
it with 3⁄4″ gravel.

●      Clean the wall and apply a membrane.

●      Replace removed flooring.

●      Clean up and dispose of all garbage.
